The Persecuction of Assange

From his abduction from the Ecuadorian Embassy in 2019 to his release from Belmarsh Prison in 2024, I have, alongside artists worldwide, used art to challenge the demonization and persecution of Julian Assange. This work has taken the form of paste-ups, augmented reality, installations, and collective activism, all aimed at reshaping the narrative and raising awareness of the looming criminalization of journalism and free speech.
